All orders are dispatched within 1-3 days in business days and customer will receive product within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, Fitody cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES 

Fitody is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Fitody is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
