Activate the earbuds by placing them in the charging case.

Pair
Take the earbuds out of the charging case. The light starts flashing red and blue.

Go to Bluetooth settings on your device and make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Tape Fitody Flex > Connect
*Connect the earbuds within 3 minutes after removing them from of the charging case, otherwise you must place the earphones back into the charging case and take them out again to re-connect.

There’s no need to pull out your phone. Instead, use the controls on your Fitody Flex to pause and resume playback, skip tracks, answer calls, and use voice assistant.

How waterproof / water resistant are these?
Fitody Flex are rated IPX6, which means they are resistant to sweat and high-pressure, heavy sprays of water from any angle.
Does Siri or Google Assistant work with Fitody Flex?
Yes, Siri and other voice assistants work with Fitody Flex. If you have already connected your Fitody Flex to your iPhone, you just need to activate Siri by long pressing on the 'Home' button or speaking voice commands to your phone, depending on your Siri response settings. You can also activate voice command input by double clicking on your paired Fitody Flex.
Can I wear just one earbud?
Yes - either earbud can be used on its own with up to 10 hours of battery life per earbud.
Are other earbud tips included? Can I swap them out?
Yes. Fitody Flex comes with 3 earbud tips (small, medium, large) that you can easily swap out for the extra fit.
How do I customize the fit of Fitody Flex
Find your fit with adjustable earhooks. For a more secure fit, hold the stem and firmly push the earhook down. Change eartips if necessary for improved comfort and sound quality.
How do I unpair Fitody Flex
Go to Bluetooth Settings, then tap Forget This Device.
Note: After removing your Fitody Flex, you must pair them again to use them again.
How long does it take to charge Fitody Flex
It takes 2 hours to charge Fitody Flex fully.
Why I can't charge Fitody Flex?
If you're having trouble charging your Fitody Flex, here are some things you can try.
1. Make sure that the earbuds are seated properly in the case.
2. Use another power source or a different cable.
3. Clean the earbuds, then make sure that they're completely dry.
